Netflix hyst dropped the trailer for George Clooney‘s upcoming post-apocalyptic movie, Midnight Sky, where he is the lead role as well as Director. The movie is based on Lily Brooks-Dalton‘s critically acclaimed novel, Good Morning, Midnight.
In the movie we follow Augustine (Clooney), who lives life as a lone scientist in the Arctic. His mission is to keep his astronaut group with Sully (Felicity Jones) from returning to Earth. Their spaceship is in orbit around the earth because a global catastrophe has occurred.
Midnight Sky premieres on Netflix on December 23.
