After having teamed up with Tommy Hilfiger and Mercedes-AMG, Awake NY, have presented their Spring 23 collection, that features an array of garments, including t-shirts adorned with the iconic logo, short-sleeved shirts, cardigans, and vests boasting floral prints. Additionally, you’ll find tracksuits, Harrington jackets, and varsity jackets.
However, the two most distinctive pieces in this collection are the Alpha Industries MA-1 bomber jacket, featuring a knitted collar and cuffs, and a T-shirt showcasing a photograph of Miles Davis playing his trumpet in Central Park. This photo, captured in 1970 during the Miles Davis Septet’s performance at the Wollman Rink for the Schaefer Beer Music Festival, perfectly captures the essence of the entire collection. “Awakening is jazz; we operate from the soul,” expressed Baque.
The Awake NY Spring 23 collection will be available for purchase on the Awake NY website starting May 19th.
